Do You Accept Returns?

Yes. At Sign Shark, we do accept returns. We take pride in delivering top-quality custom products. If your order doesn’t arrive as expected, contact us within 3 days, and we’ll make it right.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes. At Sign Shark, we do accept exchanges in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days.

How to Start a Return or Exchange?

To report a problem or return the product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos clearly showing the problem

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.

Return & Exchange Shipping Cost

Once your claim is verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or reprint of the affected item(s). If the exchange request is not due to a defect, printing error, or shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and new production or reprint charges will apply for the replacement item.

Our Comprehensive Return Policy Includes:

  • 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund or reprint for any defective print orders reported within 48 hours of product receipt.
  • Lost Orders: For orders lost in transit, we provide a 100% free express production reprint to ensure you receive what you've ordered without additional delay or cost.
  • Late Delivery: Receive a 10% refund for each business day your order is delayed in shipping beyond the promised date, ensuring timely delivery is as important to us as it is to you.

Policy Details:

  • Limitations: Refunds and reprints for defective products are capped at the amount paid by the customer or $1,000.00, whichever is less. Sign Shark reserves the right to determine if a product is indeed defective. Typically, customers will be asked to provide digital photos of the defect or return the product to our facility for inspection.
  • Order Minimums: Complimentary expedited reprints are available for orders under $200. Refunds for delayed orders will not exceed $200.00, calculated as 10% of the print order total (excluding taxes, shipping, and design fees) for each business day the order is late, not including holidays and weekends.
  • Mailing Services: Our return policy does not extend to mailing services such as direct mail, printing, list services, and design services. Any issues with these services will be assessed by our management on a case-by-case basis. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable once items have been dispatched.
