- 100% refund or reprint on any defective print orders notified within 48 hours of receiving product
- 100% free express production reprint on any orders lost in shipping transit
- 10% refund for every business day that your order is shipped late
Defective product refunds and reprints should not exceed the amount paid by the customer or $1,000.00 (whichever is the lesser). Determining the defect is at the sole discretion of the Sign Shark. In majority of cases the customer will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship product back to our facility. Free expedited reprints are limited on orders less than $200. Refunds issued for late turnaround will be limited to no more than $200.00 and be calculated as 10% of print total excluding taxes, shipping and design for each business day the order was late (excluding holidays and weekends).
Mailing services including direct mail, mail printing, mailing services, list services and design services are not subject to the forgoing return policies. Reprints or refunds on direct mail orders will be evaluated my management on a case basis by the Sign Shark in its sole discretion. Postage is not refundable once the mail pieces are dropped at the post office.
